 Reimbursement Guidelines
Swimmer Reimbursement:
    • Sectional Meet - $125 per event; $50 per relay with a cap of $400
    • Junior Meet - $300 per event; $50 per relay with a cap of $1200
    • Senior or Olympic Trial - $400 per event with a cap of $1500
Coach Reimbursement:
    • Sectional Meet - $125 per day; Must submit documentation

 Non-Athlete Registration Information

Athlete Protection Training
All non-athlete members are required to take the Athlete Protection Training every two years.

Coach Membership Requirements
A coach must present evidence of having completed and passed the required courses and maintain current certifications in CPR and Safety Training for Swim Coaches.

Louisiana instructors certified to teach CPR and Safety Training for Swim Coachs.

Complete this in-water skills sheet along with the STSC Online content certification to meet the STSC coach requirement. 

Foundations of Coaching
First and second year coaches are required to complete the Foundations of Coaching online course on USA Swimming.

 High School Swimmers
Any high school swimmer who is a member of USA Swimming at the time of their regional or state championship meets is entitled to have their swim times loaded into the USA Swimming national times database.  In order to facilitate this process and identify the swimmers, we are asking that the swimmers provide their high school coach a completed form with their full name, birthday, and USA Swimming ID number.  The high school coaches are asked to use this information when entering swimmers in meets.

Year-round clubs are asked to send a list of their high school swimmers to by Nov. 16.  Information needed for each swimmer is their full name, birthday, USA Swmming ID number, high school and high school division.
