- If a swimmer swims in a meet and is not registered, the club must pay a fine of $100 per swimmer.
- If a club enters in a meet and is not registered, the club is fined $100 and the swimmers will be listed as unattached.
- Coaches not registered cannot coach and are barred from the deck.
- Officials must be registered to officiate.
