New Procedure For Closing Out Meets.

1. Send E-mail of the complete meet file the evening or the next day after the meet.

2. Send Meet closeout form (copied from the web site) and the checks within fifteen days.

New Procedure For Registering Swimmers.

1. E-mail the registration file.

2. Send check in the mail and I will register the swimmers when I receive the check.

All Swimmers, Coaches, and Officials must have up to Date Registration before they Swim, Coach or Officiate.
