HOW TO REGISTER SWIMMERS IN TEAM MANAGER

HY-TEK WINDOWS VERSION

 

 

1.              Click “Teams” on Main Menu

              Click on “Registration Status”

                Under “Team” check “All Teams”

                Under “From Status” check “All”

                Under “To Status” check  “X”

                Click on “OK”

                Click on “Cancel”

                Click on “Close”

 

PS:  This is only done once a year in Sept. before you add your new swimmers to your database.

 

2.              Add new swimmers with all information on them to your Team Manager.  (Computer will

              automatically designate these swimmers as “N” for new.)

                You will have to use two separate screens to complete this process.

                Click on “Athletes” on Main Menu

                Click on “Add”—Fill out screen with appropriate information

                Click on “OK”

                Click on “Contact”—Fill out screen with appropriate information

                Click on “OK”

                Repeat process for each new swimmer by clicking on “Add” again

               

TO REREGISTER SWIMMERS

 

1.           Click on “Athletes” on Main Menu

2.           At this point you must mark each swimmer to be reregistered.  To do this click on the swimmer’s

           name

           Click on “registration”

           Under “Status” click on “Renewal”

           Fill out “Ethnicity” and “Affiliation” on that screen

           Click “OK”

           Follow this same procedure for all swimmers to be reregistered

           Click on “Close”

 

TO SEND DISK TO JACK

 

1.       Click on “File” on Main Menu

       Click on “Export”

       Click on “Registrations”

 

2.       On “Export USS Registration” screen, change drive to “a”

       Click “OK”

       When next screen appears, click “OK” again & your disk will be made.

        Click “OK”

        Click “Close”

 

FOR A HARD COPY OF WHAT IS ON DISK

 

1.       Click “Reports” on Main Menu

       Click “Administrative”

       Click “Registration”

 

2.       Leave first 4 categories marked with “X”.  Delete “X” from last category of “Include X”

       Type appropriate batch #, which will be found under “Last Batch Exported”

       Click on “OK”

       Clink “Printer Icon” to make hard copy.

 

NOTE:  If a batch is destroyed en route or doesn’t reach Jack, you can remake your export disk using the same procedure, just be sure to change “Batch #” from 0 to the batch you want to resend.

               

 

All Clubs should update their software to the 1.06R  version of Team Mgr. 

 

You may send registrations using the DOS Version of Team Mgr.
